The Region of Waterloo and Bruce Power are partnering to bring an innovative Hockey Hub vaccination clinic to the residents of Waterloo Region. As a result, this week alone there will be approximately 20,000 additional appointments available for residents who want to get their first or second dose of the vaccine. “We are excited to partner with Bruce Power and welcome the Hockey Hub model to the Region of Waterloo,” said Regional Chair Karen Redman. “We are continuing to provide even more ways for residents in Waterloo Region to get vaccinated and the Hockey Hub model has proven to be an effective, efficient and convenient way to deliver vaccines.”
