USPTO's Decision in Apple Inc. v. Zipit Wireless
In Apple v. Zipit Wireless, the Director of the USPTO initiated a sua sponte review of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s adverse judgments in multiple inter partes review proceedings. The PTO Director ordered judgments be vacated and remanded for further consideration.
