This is about groups applying for a special privilege, to be a 504c4 organization, they're social welfare organizations, pretty incredible benefits rgs right? >> so the irs is supposed to investigate. >> what are they supposed to do? are they really social well four organizations but actually political op ragtss. that's what the irs is supposed to do and that's whey they did, it seems. >> now, to follow on that, last year, 2800 organizations applied for 501-c (4) status. one could look at that and say there should be way more scrutiny.
