On Thursday, February 17, at 11.00, the press center of the Interfax-Ukraine news agency will launch a presentation of a new universal digital tool "Ukrainian Social Infrastructure (USI) Platform" for solving problems related to local social infrastructure development: the platform generates data on social infrastructure facilities from various monitoring sources and provides access to automatic forms of communication between authorities and citizens for filing appeals, complaints, requests for public discussions with the ability to track the entire way of the document from registration to the final executor.
