What they don't know the still and what they are looking at is working that trajectory backwards, doing the analysis that will help them to understand where the launch point was, was it on the ukraine side of the border? was it on the russian side of the boarder? they need to figure that out. find out where the trajectory leads them to, what the launch point was and then try and determine who might have been operating ha system. that remains the big question. russian forces, of course, have that system. russian forces have given equipment to the separatists but other officials, u.s. officials ...
