Rapid City's downtown parking structure will reopen the second and third levels for lease parking on the evening of June 3oth, 2023. The first floor was mostly open to the public earlier this month, while the upper levels will be open tonight for lease parking. Construction is still happening, so the public to advised to proceed with caution if using the parking structure. Officials say that the structure will be completed by late Fall 2023.
