Long dubbed Trash Avenue due to its problem with illegal dumping and named for adjoining railroad tracks, parts of the 2-mile road stretching from Scranton Road in the Flats to Clark Avenue on Cleveland's West Side are starting to pick up benefits from the path of development between the nearby Ohio City and Tremont neighborhoods.
