Self-employed Ag Saidi Serin @ Sirin pleaded guilty before Magistrate Lovely Natasha Charles to committing the offence at 4.35pm on Jan 20 this year at a garage in Kg Meruntum, Phase 2, Jalan Putatan Lok Kawi in Penampang. Inspector Albert Basiri who prosecuted told the court that a police team during Ops Dadu arrested a man, later identified as Saidi for gambling and seized the paraphernalia used in the activity including handphones and RM677 cash.
