Think congress has gone well beyond the powers that it has under the commerce act to compel every citizen of this country to buy a specific product. there is just no power for congress to do that. and quite candidly, if they have the power in the commerce clause to do that, they could decide it is in the national interest for our health for everybody to exercise 45 minutes a day or each spinach every day, maybe we should do all those things but i don t think any of our viewers want to see the federal government involved in that. if they can do this there is no stopping what the federal government can do. there is absolutely no limit. a lot is at stake. not just the healthcare bill, this is a lot at stake. greta: i suppose it does make a difference although legally it shouldn t, if there were simply one state suing the federal government everybody would probably be rather dismissive of it as unimportant even though one state shouldn t ....
