What is described as the address downtown dubai hotel and residential building. five- star hotel. and very close to the birj, which is the world's tallest building. there was supposed to be a fire work's display close to the buildings, but that is not for another couple of hours. nobody knows the cause of this so far and no reports of injuries. but the flames have been going up the side of the building and in it for the last 20 minutes or so. we'll continue our live coverage in a moment.
