The letter was produced after Zhong reported being the subject of threats and intimidation on April 15, 2020.
It says her case had been referred to the officer in charge of the “enquiries section” at Ormiston Police Station, the eastern area headquarters of Counties Manukau District.
A police spokesman wouldn’t comment on what action was taken after Zhong made the report in April.
The letter does not name who allegedly made the threats.
