MONMOUTH The OSF HealthCare Foundation announced a $2.75 million gift from the Community Health Foundation of Warren and Henderson Counties, which will support a redesign of the emergency department at OSF HealthCare Holy Family Medical Center. 
The gift will create a new emergency department which will provide more than 10,000 square feet of innovative space, including 10 treatment rooms. Also included with be a dedicated triage area; private family consultation and behavioral health rooms; an ambulance bay with private entrance; and a decontamination room, which is crucial for the care necessary for those living in a rural community. The redesigned space will also include a multifunctional area for emergency and surgery patients.   ....
