Kemi Olaitan in Ibadan The sallah celebration to mark the end of Ramadan in Iseyin in Oke Ogun area of Oyo State, yesterday turned into mourning as stray bullets allegedly fired by men of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) killed four people with one other person injured. THISDAY learnt that those killed were hit by bullets when men of the NCS exchanged gunfire with some people believed to be smugglers.
