That they just couldn't get to us, actually. a lot of their carers didn't drive, so they couldn't get to us. we're on our third company at the moment. fingers crossed it's working. but it's taking an enormous toll on my mother's mental health because she's become terribly concerned about whether she's going to have carers every evening, which she needs, and that's a real problem. so, it's wonderful that something's being done, but it is a real worry that it's not being done fast enough. joining me now is anita astle mbe who is the director of national care association & managing director at wr...
