Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (BMRCL) has identified over 700 properties on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) stretch from Kempapura to JP Nagar IV Phase for the construction of the 32.2-km Orange Line under Phase III. The acquisition of these properties, located along the proposed line connecting the Blue Line (KIA-Silk Board) and Pink Line (Kalena Agrahara-Nagawara) on either side, is estimated to cost Rs 1,900 crore.
