Farmers group in Negros Occidental to continue selling rice at P25 per kilo despite dry spell. President of Federation of Irrigators Association Central Negros-Bago River Irrigation System, Pedro Limpangog, announced plans to sell rice at a low cost to senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and indigent residents.
