ਜੰਮੂ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਏਅਰ ਫੋਰਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ’ਚ ਅੱਜ ਤੜਕੇ ਧਮਾਕਾਖੇਜ਼ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੋ ਡਰੋਨ ਡਿੱਗਣ ਨਾਲ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਰਹਿਤ ਯੰਤਰ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਧਮਾਕੇ ’ਚ ਦੋ ਜਣੇ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਚ ਗ਼ੈਰਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਰੋਕੂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੌਮੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ (ਐੱਨਆਈਏ) ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਤੜਕੇ 1.40 ਵਜੇ ਹੋਇਆ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ਦੇ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਢਹਿ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਸੈਨਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਦੂਜਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਛੇ ਮਿੰਟ ਬਾਅਦ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ’ਤੇ ਹੋਇਆ। ਧਮਾਕੇ ’ਚ ਹਵਾਈ ਸੈਨਾ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਖਦਸ਼ੇ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜੰਮੂ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ਤੇ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਹਵਾਈ ਦੂਰੀ 14 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਹੈ। ਜਾਂਚ ’ਚ ਜੁਟੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਡਰੋਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਈ ਮਾਰਗ ਪਤਾ ਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਰੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਰਾਜਨਾਥ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਵਾਈ ਸੈਨਾ ਦੇ ਵਾਈਸ ਚੀਫ ਏਅਰ ਮਾਰਸ਼ਲ ਐੱਚਐੱਸ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਨਾਲ ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ਦੇ sਸਬੰਧ ’ਚ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ’ਤੇ ਧਮਾਕਾਖੇਜ਼ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਲਈ ਡਰੋਨ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਸੈਨਾ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਜੰਮੂ ਹਵਾਈ ਸੈਨਾ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਖੇਤਰ ’ਚ ਅੱਜ ਤੜਕੇ ਘੱਟ ਸ਼ਿੱਦਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੋ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ। ਟਵੀਟ ’ਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ, ‘ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ’ਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਛੱਤ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਜਦਕਿ ਦੂਜਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੀ ਥਾਂ ’ਚ ਹੋਇਆ। ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਉਪਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ। ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਫੌਜੀ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।’ ਕੌਮੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਏਅਰ ਫੋਰਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ’ਚ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਸੈਨਾ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਈ। ਹਵਾਈ ਸੈਨਾ, ਐੱਨਆਈਏ ਸਮੇਤ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਟੀਮ ਵੀ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜੰਮੂ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਪ੍ਰਵਤ ਰੰਜਨ ਬਿਓਰੀਆ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਡਾਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ’ਚ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ। ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਦਿਲਬਾਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇੱਕ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਲਸ਼ਕਰ-ਏ-ਤੋਇਬਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਛੇ ਕਿਲੋ ਧਮਾਕਾਖੇਜ਼ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ (ਐੱਨਪੀ ਧਵਨ ): ਜੰਮੂ ਏਅਰ ਫੋਰਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ’ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹਾਈ ਅਲਰਟ ਐਲਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਏਅਰਬੇਸ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਮੂਨ ਛਾਉਣੀ ਦੇ ਅਸਲਾ ਡਿੱਪੂ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਵੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਉਪਰ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਮੁਖੀ ਸੁਰੇਂਦਰਾ ਲਾਂਬਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਏਅਰ ਫੋਰਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਣ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਲਰਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ-ਜੰਮੂ ਤੇ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ-ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ਉੱਪਰ ਨਾਕੇ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਤੇ ਆਉਣ-ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਹੱਦ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਏਅਰਪੋਰਟ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਗੇਟ ’ਤੇ ਸਖਤ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਡੀਐੱਸਪੀ ਸਿਟੀ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰ ਮਨਹਾਸ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੰਮੂ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਮਾਧੋਪੁਰ ’ਚ ਵੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਵਾਹਨ ਦੀ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ 5 ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 2 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2016 ਨੂੰ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਜੈਸ਼-ਏ-ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਦੇ 4 ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਏਅਰਬੇਸ ਅੰਦਰ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। 27 ਜੂਨ 2015 ਨੂੰ ਲਸ਼ਕਰ-ਏ-ਤੋਇਬਾ ਦੇ 3 ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਰਸਤੇ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੀਨਾਨਗਰ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਥਾਣੇ ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਦੀਨਾਨਗਰ ਥਾਣੇ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ-ਦੀਨਾਨਗਰ ਰੇਲ ਟਰੈਕ ਉਪਰ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਪੁਲ ਨੂੰ ਉਡਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।

ਜੰਮੂ: ਜੰਮੂ ਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਏਅਰ ਫੋਰਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ’ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਡਰੋਨ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਮਸਲਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾਈ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਦੇਵੇਂਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਣਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਫੈਲਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਢੰਗ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਹਮਲੇ ਨੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਇਰਾਦੇ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
