Lufthansa, Jettainer reduce carried weight with environmentally conscious nets
Lufthansa Cargo and Jettainer’s customers can now reduce their carbon footprint further by utilizing aerospace textile manufacturer AmSafe Bridport’s environmentally conscious pallet nets, Pallet Net Zero. The nets are made of sustainable bio-based materials and are “the lightest on the market,” reducing carried weight on flights, which in turn reduces fuel consumption and carbon emissions,
