Delta Government says it has taken delivery of 13, 800 bags of rice out of the the 17,400 bags being expected from the Federal Government as palliatives to cushion the impact of petrol subsidy removal in the state. The Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr Kingsley Emu, disclosed this on Monday during a meeting
