Joe Suter and Dave Smith, employees of Palouse Power, which contracts for additional services to Jefferson County Public Utility District, have snow flurries fall on them as they work to lift a communications cable, owned by Lumen, that was torn down Sunday morning by a boat on a trailer that snagged the cable at the entrance as it entered the boat yard, workers said.
