Justice SB Belgore of the Federal Capital Territory High Court has ordered the freezing of a bank account linked to a Paris Club consultant, Panic Alert Security System Limited, over an alleged breach of contract. A lawyer, Ikechukwu Ezechukwu (SAN) had in suit no FCT/HC/CV/2615/22 urged the court to freeze the bank account domiciled in United Bank of Africa linked to the company pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice filed in the suit.
