What happens once it is publicly available information? is it going to be on the internet? are people going to be able to use it as you said to fight in court? i think this is very problematic. again, when you come to my office now, if i have a paper chart, you know that chart is in the office. if you want access to that chart, you have to write me a literal release saying i want that information sent elsewhere. once it is on the computer, all bets are off. then if the feds can access it, it can get anywhere. insurers? i don't want insurers knowing my patient's private information. >> dr. sieg...
