Marico Q3 FY24 Profit: Saugata Gupta, MD and CEO at Marico, commented, “We have delivered a competitive performance in a volatile operating environment. In the domestic business, we witnessed signs of improvement in the core portfolios and expect the steps we have initiated to fundamentally improve business prospects of the GT channel to aid the same."
In Parachute Rigids, Marico expects to grow volumes in the range of 5-7 percent over the medium term, given the market construct and strengthening brand equity, said the company in its investor presentation.
The company's bottom line included 'other income’, which includes one-time gain of Rs 28 crore on sale of land in one of the overseas locations.
Marico -- which owns popular brands like Saffola, Parachute, Livon etc -- said its total revenue in the March quarter inched up 5.62 per cent to Rs 2,308 crore.
