Stratford announces closures and changes ahead of Ontario-wide lockdown SHARE ON: A number of closures and changes are going into effect in Stratford due to the Ontario-wide lockdown. As of Thursday, the City of Stratford says the Allman Arena, Rotary Complex, Dufferin Arena and Agriplex will all be closed to the public until further notice. As of December 29th, the City of Stratford Administration Offices will be closed with staff available online or over the phone. The Cemetery Office is open by appointment only.
