Netherlands â Star Group acquires staffing and secondment firm Or-Quest 16 December 2020 Secondment agency Star Group, a portfolio company of European investment firm Parcom Capital, announced that it will acquire Or-Quest, a secondment and staffing agency. Both firms are based in the Netherlands. The effective date of the acquisition is 1 January 2021 andfinancial details were not disclosed.
