“This particular government scheme has primarily kept its focus on relieving the suffering of the middle class who invest in the homes, who for no fault of theirs, suffer because houses are not given to them because of the liquidity (issue) and because the real estate sector itself went through a cash strapped situation. In 2019, we faced it all, but today we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel,” Sitharaman said.
