Trick-or-Treat Trail takes over Owen Sound's River District Saturday
With an hour left to go in the River District's Trick-or-Treat trail Saturday dozens of costumed kids still streamed through Owen Sound's downtown and business owners made last-minute trips to the dollar store to restock dwindling candy supplies.
