OC dog playground gets makeover, aims to be more user-friendly July 14, 2021 OCEAN CITY, MD. – One doggy playground got a makeover in hopes of making the space more user-friendly. Today, the Ocean City Recreation and Parks Department celebrated the opening of the newly renovated 94th Street Dog Playground with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
