From Mirror staff reports JOHNSTOWN — Para-Coat Technologies Inc. of Johnstown, a specialty engineered coatings provider who works with the military, medical, aerospace and automotive industries, has acquired the assets of the R.D. Dragomir Co. in Santa Ana, Calif. Para-Coat Technologies began working with Richard and Melinda Dragomir at the onset of the company in 2010. The R.D.
