Another hugely successful Round the Mountain - Kimberley Daily Bulletin
Round the Mountain 2023 participants were greeted with the nicest weather in years: not too hot, not too cold, no smoke, no floods nor rain.. just temps in the low 20s and clear blue skies. The only thing out of the ordinary was a momma bear and two cubs that decided to welcome the 10K runners by standing her ground in the middle of the trail. Thanks to some quick thinking by one of the racers, the remaining runners were re-routed and the race continued.
