Former Port Richey Mayor Dale Massad appears in court in 2019. Massad will plead guilty to several charges, attorneys said in court Friday, two years after he was charged with attempted murder after authorities said he shot at a Pasco County Sheriff s Office SWAT team as they tried to raid his house in an investigation into practicing medicine without a license.
