Every day. does it rise to the level of criminal negligence because your failure to perceive that risk was so gross, so deviant from what a reasonable person would expect. if you're searching these things, i see you thinking -- >> i see that being met. if somebody goes into the pizzeria to pick up the pizza and leaves the kid in the hot car because they think they can do it fast. and then they get side tracked and then ultimately something awful. a different set of circumstances here where this father is saying -- his story, i just didn't even know he was in the back. i just completely forgot....
