A subway station in southeastern China has set up a cosmetics removal desk for passengers wearing “scary” Halloween makeup because the rail passenger code prohibits behaviour that “may cause panic”.
The vote legitimized the fare suspension after the city terminated bus fares on the RoadRUNNER bus system on Nov. 28.
Riding the bus in Las Cruces is free as the city seeks to determine the feasibility of permanently suspending fees.
