Odesola noted that the primary responsibility of any government was the security of its citizens and to improve their living condition. The cleric spoke after a thanksgiving service in Lagos recently led by the General Overseer of the church, Pastor Enoch Adeboye. The theme of the well-attended service was ‘Destined to win.’ Odesola said, “Looking at what is happening in Nigeria, if not that God has destined Nigeria to win, it would have been worse off.
