Indoor Pickens market plans large Spring Festival after events cancelled
Update: The Pickens Azalea Festival has resumed after an earlier cancellation. The Azalea Festival will be on April 16 and 17. After two of the biggest annual festivals in Pickens County were canceled, a sprawling indoor flea market, The Market at the Mill, will be hosting what it is promoting as one of the largest indoor events in the Upstate.
