Walailak University in collaboration with Fujian Open University, the Republic of China, marked the inception of the ASEAN-Bangkok Learning Centre, College of Overseas Chinese, Walailak University Centre, operating for educational collaboration between Thailand and China and endorsement of the “One Belt, One Road” policy among ASEAN fellows.
