Trinidad Village in Rossmore Road, Poole MURDER accused Christopher Stocks threatened to “stab or shoot” a group of his neighbours 24 hours before the death of Gary Ballett, a court has heard. Mr Ballett, 66, was fatally stabbed on August 9 last year at Trinidad House in Rossmore Road, Poole. The knife broke a rib and severed an artery and Mr Ballett died in hospital the next day. He told police at the scene that 54-year-old Christopher Stocks, who lived in the flats, had stabbed him, and Stocks was subsequently arrested.
