The city of Avondale Estates has settled a lawsuit with the owner of condemned property at 143 Maple Street regarding the fair market value of the property.
The Avondale Estates City Commission will meet on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 5:30 p.m. for a regular meeting, followed by a work session. The city commission meeting will be held at Avondale Estates City Hall, 21 N. Avondale Plaza, and via Zoom.
The Avondale Estates City Commission, at its Oct. 12 meeting, approved the purchase of electric charging stations for the police department in the rear of the city hall parking lot.
