The Daily Herald The Spring Hill Board of Mayor and Aldermen will vote later this month on a new contract with Battle of Franklin Trust nonprofit, which would take over management operations at Historic Rippavilla Plantation. Last month, BOMA in a split vote approved a letter of intent with the BOFT, granting the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization 60 days to finalize an official management contract, which would be drawn up by Spring Hill City Attorney Patrick Carter.
