With the FCC's approval of the station's sale to Marquee Broadcasting still forthcoming, the Commission has issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture to the station's seller for failing to properly upload its issues/programs lists to the FCC's OPIF online platform.
WHIZ Media Group said Wednesday that it is selling its media properties in the Zanesville, Ohio, area to Marquee Broadcasting.
