Queen's plans in-person Homecoming, city continues to collect fines | Kingston/Frontenac This Week
As those at Queen's University plan on hosting an in-person Homecoming 2022, the City of Kingston has only collected $120,000 of the $500,000 in fines issued last fall.

Queen's to contribute $750,000 to City of Kingston over five years
