KINGSTON — Planning for the fall term is underway at Queen’s University, with the goal of returning to in-person, on-campus learning.

Following community activism and consultations, Queen’s has lowered tuition fees for international PhD students. The University announced Jan. 27 that international PhD students will pay the same tuition fees as domestic PhD students, starting in September 2021. The provincial government announced on Feb. 9 it would be investing an additional $7 million to increase mental health resources during the COVID-19 pandemic.
