Greg VanDemark, 65, was found guilty at a jury trial last year in federal court in Cincinnati of six counts. Prosecutors said he skimmed cash from his businesses and hid it from the IRS. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a man following an investigation into an incident at the Kwik Fill gas station in Lyons. Patrick Hanley, 62, of Lyons was charged with harassment after walking up to a vehicle at the gas station and arguing with a woman inside it. During the argument the woman exited the vehicle- and he struck her in the face.
