Haptic vibrating vests have been developed by American company Music: Not Impossible, which aims to make live music events more immersive for those with hearing difficulties. The vests, which feature 24 vibration points, transfer different elements of music into corresponding vibrations across users' shoulders, ribcages, wrists and elsewhere.
