HAMPTON — A man was seriously injured Saturday when his pickup truck crashed into a concrete abutment at the Hampton Toll Plaza on Interstate 95 and caught fire. The New Hampshire State Police responded to the crash at 4:11 p.m., where they found a 2021 Ford F-150 engulfed in flames. The driver, Patrick Jones, 43,
