Patrick Lockett is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of promoting child pornography.

ST. JOHN AME CHURCH, 1117 W. Pullen St., will host its 31st annual Friends and Family Pew Rally virtually at 3 p.m. Sunday. UNION HOPEWELL MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 1121 Persimmon St., will celebrate the eighth anniversary of pastor and wife, the Rev. Antonio Gayden Jr. and Loretta Gayden, at 12:30 p.m. Sunday. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Leon Williams Jr. of True Vine "E" Missionary Baptist Church.

PILGRIM MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 2507 Hill St., will open its Raven's Nest Food Pantry on Saturday from 8-9:30 a.m. or until all the food has been given away. Food will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants must bring a picture identification. This is a U.S. Department of Agriculture distribution site and equal opportunity provider, according to a news release.

NEW COMMUNITY CHURCH, 321N. Birch St., will host its "Kingdom Building" program at 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 23. The speaker will be Christine Allmond, a member of New Community. The church has regular worship services at 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Sundays. The senior pastor and apostle is Patrick Lockett. Social distancing is still being practised. Hand sanitizing stations are located near the front doors and ushers have masks for those who don't have masks.
