Willmar man to serve probation for making threats during disturbance at his apartment building
Willmar police responded to reports in November 2021 of a man making threats against a neighbor in his southeast Willmar apartment building and her friend. He also threatened officers who responded. He was sentenced Monday, June 13, 2022, in Kandiyohi County District Court to jail time and probation.
