Bolton Coroners Court heard how Patricia McLellan, of Highfield Road, Farnworth, was admitted to hospital on June 12 after a collapse, where a CT scan revealed a bleed to the brain. She appeared to improve and was discharged four days later. But a fortnight passed, and Mrs McLellan - the widow of Melvin McLellan - was readmitted following "uncontrollable vomiting" on July 1. A LOVING mum-of-five was found dead at home by her daughter after she took her own life, an inquest was told. Theresa Karen Woodfin, who was known as Karen to family and friends, died at her home in Highfield Road, Farnworth, on October 14. Bolton Coroners Court heard how Mrs Woodfin was found hanging by her daughter Alana-Lee, who she had previously confided in about wanting to take her own life - mainly because she was in constant pain due to suffering severe fibromyalgia.
