Steubenville police Trespassing: Multiple calls about the same individual led to an arrest and a summons, Sunday. First, police were called to remove a man from a home on the 1300 block of Belleview Boulevard because a resident had viewed him use “narcotics” and no longer wanted him there, the report said. The man was not there when police arrived and they were unable to locate him. Then, police received a call about man damaging property in a vacant apartment on the 500 block of Ohio Street.
