FOND DU LAC - Summer is right around the corner and so is the start of various road construction projects planned for the city and throughout Fond du Lac County. Of particular interest is the continuing State 23 expansion of 19 miles of roadway between Plymouth and Fond du Lac into a four-lane divided highway, with improvements made to numerous intersections along the way.
